Returns & Exchange Policy
Shipping Policy
We offer 3 to 5 day flat rate shipping with tracking for our customers. Orders $48.00 and over receive free shipping. Once your order is processed and has shipped, you can expect to receive it within 3 business days or up to 5 calendar days. You will receive tracking information once your product ships. If you have not received your package within the scheduled time frame, please contact us.
Return Policy
If your products have been damaged in transit, we will gladly provide an exchange for you at no cost. Please retain the original packaging and products, and contact us within 24 hrs of your delivery.
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items to arrange a return of any unopened product. Due to the nature of our products, any products that have been opened, do not have original packaging or have been used, we cannot accept those items for returns and all sales will be final. All of our products are shipped to you with induction seals, shrink wrap, safety seals, box packaging, and/or individual product wrapping. Therefore, any returned products must be in the original packaging, unopened, with safety seals and/or induction seals intact. All returns will be inspected in accordance with this policy, prior to a refund being processed.

We stand behind our products 100%, and we will provide a store credit for any item in your order that did not meet your expectations. This policy will be limited to 1 item per order or 1 item per Collection. Please contact us at info@forgedironformen.com with your name, order number, the item you wish to receive a store credit for and reason. (This will help us identify any concerns with a particular product).
Please contact us for a return shipping label for orders under $48.00. For orders that received Free Shipping, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All products must be returned using the same shipping carrier and speed that your item was sent. Once items have been received, they will be inspected and credited to your account, less any credit card processing fees. Please allow returns up to 10 days to appear on your billing statement.
Gift Card Policy: If Your Gift Recipient Has Not Received Your Gift Card Email, Please Contact Us As Soon As Possible For Steps To Recover and Replace. Note: Gift Cards Are Non Refundable If Any Portion Has Been Used.
